Planning a wedding is normally an extremely time consuming and complicated process. Coordinating a wedding in Grand Cayman or any overseas destination adds an entirely new dimension. Wedding and reception locations are likely to be unfamiliar, the availability and reliability of local suppliers is unknown and most importantly, if something goes drastically astray, most won’t have a clue where to turn. This is where wedding planners come in.

Quite simply, a wedding planner is team or person who can arrange and manage all the aspects of a wedding. Hiring one avoids the potential nightmare of communicating with many suppliers and means dealing with only with one person or company. They are familiar with what suppliers can and cannot do, how proficient and reliable they are, and who provides the best value for money. Critically, a locally based wedding planner will know how to handle unforeseen events.

We are looking to do a simple cermony,more like a renewal of vows that an actual Cayman marriage, we will have a florida marriage license which will be notarized by a member of our wedding party before we leave the ship on Novenber 8, 2010 and we would just like a simple ceremony in Grand Cayman. We will have 24 wedding members inculding ourselves for the ceremony. We would like transportation to and from the Carnival Cruise ship Inspiration, some flowers, a cake, recorded music, champagne for 24, chairs and hor devours at the cermony location. We would like to do the ceremony on the beach or any other location that you might suggest, at 10am, November 8, 2010. Please let me know if this is possible and a cost for said services.
