Shareholder Services Supervisor

Our client is a major hedge fund services organisation with an office in Grand Cayman. An opportunity has arisen for a Shareholder Services Supervisor to join their Shareholder Services Department.

Job Description:

Duties include:

• All aspects of shareholder dealing and reporting
• Building and maintaining excellent relationships with clients
• Review of systems and procedures, recommending improvements to improve efficiency
• Monitoring and reviewing compliance with anti-money laundering regulations and shareholder documentation
• Supervising, assisting and training Shareholder Services Administrators

Requirements:

• 4 years’ experience in hedge or mutual fund administration, preferably 1 year at supervisory level
• Strong knowledge of anti-money laundering legislation, share registration systems
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and administration skills, good attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
