Audit Senior (Caribbean)

Qualifications
• Newly qualified accountant – CA (not negotiable)
• Financial Services / Assurance experience a big PLUS
• 3 years articles completed (at a Big 4 also a big PLUS)

Network Engineer – VM Specialist

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a strong virtualization background to join our client’s professional services team in the Cayman Islands. The successful candidate will join a team of I.T. professionals with a mandate to design, implement, document and support Virtual Machine technology solutions based on VMWare and Citrix XenServer for a cross section of external clients in the region.

Qualifications and experience required:
- 5+ years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in an external consultant role
- Citrix CCEA or higher with knowledge of Access Gateway
- VMWare VCP / VCAP certification
- MCSE 2003 (or newer) certification
- Prior Xen Desktop and Server field experience would be an asset

Software Developer – Bermuda

Senior and Intermediate Software Developers – Bermuda

Technical requirements:

Service Manager, Office Equipment

Our client is a leading provider of business solutions in the beautiful Cayman Islands, a leading offshore financial center. On their behalf, we are seeking experienced professionals from the office equipment industry to join them in Cayman as Service Manager.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and operation of a department that provides service on a wide range of office equipment (copiers, fax machines, printers) and related business solutions.

Responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
Supervising and leading the technical services department and team of Technicians
Providing technical support for escalated services issues and provide technical training to staff members on products sold and supported
P&L responsibilities for the department including productivity and profitability while ensuring SLA’s and the highest standards of customer service are maintained
Staffing duties including hiring, training, performance reviews and terminations
Managing vendor relationships, developing new service offerings and making recommendation for improvements to systems and procedures
Attending meetings with sales staff to review issues and opportunities, ensuring adequate communication between sales and service departments
Overseeing dispatch, managing RMA processing and maintaining equipment maintenance contracts

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Management role within the office equipment industry that has included staff management and leadership duties

Relevant industry certifications highly preferred
A proven track record with previous employers

Duties will include:
- Review and analysis of regulated entities’ capital models.
- Developing and implementing procedures and analytics for assessing regulated entities’ risk management framework.
- Supporting the Institution’s supervision of regulated entities, focusing on underwriting, reserving, capital and risk management and risk aggregation processes.

Requirements include:
- A proven technical and relevant business background, including familiarity with the Bermuda property and casualty (re)insurance market.
