Sunshine Suites
Note: Formerly known as the Wyndham Sunshine Suites.
Located in the heart of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach the Sunshine Suites are an excellent choice for those seeking a beach vacation without breaking the bank.
The hotel has suites in 3 categories:
- One bedroom - king size bed, separate living room with sleeper sofa
- Deluxe - 2 queen beds
- Studio
Regardless of type, all have fully equipped kitchens with complimentary coffee and tea, cook top, toaster, microwave, full-size refrigerator and utensils. All suites also include a work area with high-speed internet access, telephone, cable TV, CD player, individually controlled air conditioning, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
The Sunshine Bar & Grill serves breakfast (complimentary), lunch and dinner. It is also the home of the legendary Painkiller; a concoction made the British Navy Pusser’s Rum.
The hotel isn’t on the beach. Guests must cross West Bay Road to access the public beach. It does, however, have a freshwater swimming pool.
Budget Car Rental has a branch at the hotel and is convenient for those who wish to explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
