The hotel boasts numerous restaurants including Hemingway’s, Bamboo, Garden Loggia and the Britannia Grille. Others nearby include Decker's and the Lone Star. The Hyatt also owns the Rum Point Restaurant and the Wreck Bar and Grill. Both of these are situated at Rum Point and are easily reached by the ferry departing from the hotel’s dock.

Leisure facilities include the Jack Nicklaus designed Britannia Golf Club, the Oceanside Beauty Spa and Salon, a health club, swimming pools with Jacuzzis and swim up bar, and a watersports centre operated by Red Sail Sports.

Wireless internet access is available in all rooms and suites. Cars can be rented onsite from Avis.
