Video of a cruise ship excursion to Stingray City

This video was shot on a cruise ship shore excursion to Stingray City in Grand Cayman.

The tour guide lifts the stingray from the water and you can clearly see:

• the eyes on the dorsal side
• the mouth and nostrils on its underbelly
• the tail and barbs – primarily used for protection

The Southern Atlantic Stingray is the species found at Stingray City.


Grand Cayman Diving Trip 1

This video shows the first day of a diving trip to Grand Cayman taken by Canadian Bruce Haydon and his son.

They arrive at Owen Roberts International Airport at night and travel to their hotel accommodation; the Compass Point Dive Resort in the East End.

In the morning they watch a kitesurfer from their hotel room.
