What are the IATA codes for the airports in the Cayman Islands?

All airports are given an airport code by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).

Passengers commonly use the IATA code when searching for flights on the internet. They are also used for baggage tags.

The IATA code for the airport on Grand Cayman (Owen Roberts International Airport) is GCM.

The IATA code for the airport on Cayman Brac (Gerard Smith Airport) is CYB, while that for the airport on Little Cayman (Edward Bodden Airfield) is LYB.


What happened to the Bed Restaurant?

The Bed Restaurant and Lounge was originally located at the Islander Complex on Lawrence Boulevard (opposite the cinema).

It was severely damaged by Hurricane Ivan in 2004 and reopened a couple of years later at the Treasure Island Hotel.

It closed in November 2008 due to financial difficulties.
